OBJECTIVE

 To obtain a challenging position as Senior Architect-Project Manager in a multidisciplinary projects team. I want to concentrate on large scale urban projects, corporate buildings, hotels, retail effectively, mixed use developments, utilizing my training and professional working experience of 12 years.

 Client /Project Manger design review co-ordination meetings ,Sub consultant co-ordinations for MEP, Interiors, Structures, Kitchen services, QS , Landscape, Fire safety Consultant, BMU ,vertical transportation and other specialized agencies plus meeting minutes and project correspondences.
 Customizing CSI master specifications, Outline Specifications, formal report presentations and defining schedules for –Finishes, Ironmongery, Sanitary ware, Doors, Glazing, formulating drawing lists.
 Code compliance such as NFPA etc, RFI follow-up with Municipality and other local statutory bodies.
 Initial setting out /standardization of drawings and QA reviews of drawing issues.
 Have also successfully handled work as visiting site architect in Dubai for site issues resolution.
